A new instant beef noodle product, which is produced through the state-of-the-art vacuum freeze drying techniques, made its debut in Lanzhou on December 12.
The product, the first of its kind in China, was produced by Niudafang.com. , a leader in online sales of instant beef noodles.
The processing techniques help prevent the loss of nutrients while preserving to the maximum the color and flavor of the noodles, said Deng Yubo, CEO of the business.
The new product is priced at 13.8 yuan per bowl.
Lanzhou beef hand-pulled noodle, a type of Chinese noodle dish originated in Lanzhou, is dubbed "China's No. 1 noodle."
Lanzhou beef noodle restaurants across the world create about 300,000 jobs each year, generating around 60 billion yuan in annual operation revenue.
