Sanitation workers eat free beef noodles at a restaurant in the Chengguan District of Lanzhou on Jan. 17. Recently, the Lanzhou government cooperated with restaurants to provide free beef noodle breakfasts to 9,000 sanitation workers every day. By Jan. 16, 242 beef noodle restaurants had participated in the event.
