The Great Wall Tourism Cultural Innovative Park and the Silk Road West China Cultural, Business and Tourism Ecological Park in Lanzhou New Area are expected to receive tourist on July 1 this year, according to its administration office on Feb. 15. The daily reception capacity can reach 1 million people.
The Great Wall Tourism Cultural Innovative Park started construction on July 5, 2015, and until now the mini replicas of the Great Sphinx and the Greek temple have completed main construction. The replicas of representative halls in different dynasties of the Chinese history are under construction, such as the Hall of Supreme Harmony, the Daminggong Palace, and the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvest.
Occupying a total area of 227 hectares, the Silk Road West China Cultural, Business and Tourism Ecological Park featuring leisure, tourism, cultural performance, science education, shopping, exhibition and conference, hotel, medical care, cultural innovation and so on are designed to include three sections, namely, the West China Dinosaur Park Tourism Area, the Animation Cultural Innovation Area, and the Tourism, Care for the Aged and Real Estate Area.
