Wei Gongfu, a craftsman in Ganlan County, Lanzhou City, has made traditional Chinese lanterns for decades. Every year before the Spring Festival, villagers will come to ask him for lantern creation. By making use of crepe paper, bamboo cane, iron wire and pigment, he dexterously presents exquisite lanterns for festive decorations during the most important festival in China.
