The city of Lanzhou signed 164 project contracts during the 23rd Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair, with the contract volume totaling 111.44 billion yuan, according to a contract signing ceremony held in Lanzhou on July 6.

The signed projects covered sectors of metallurgy, equipment manufacturing, petrochemical engineering, bio-medicine, modern services, agriculture and so on. The number of projects with the investment volume exceeding one billion yuan reached 38, accounting for 65 percent of the total figure.
