The Baiyin Yellow River Cultural Tourism Festival kicks off at the Yellow River Stone Forest in Jingtai County, Baiyin City of Gansu Province, on September 28. The city of Baiyin has developed ecological, industrial, revolutionary and rural tourism along the bank of the Yellow River over the past few years.
