Lanzhou plans to implement 50 PPP Projects this year

The city of Lanzhou, capital of Gansu Province, will carry out 50 Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) projects this year, according to an annual plan released by the Lanzhou Municipal Development and Reform Committee on February 21.

The city of Lanzhou now has 108 reserve PPP projects covering municipal engineering, transportation, water conservancy, medical care, education, environmental protection, agriculture, forestry, cultural, tourism and energy, with the investment totaling 173.7 billion yuan.

In 2018, the city plans to implement 50 PPP projects with a total investment of 17 billion yuan, including construction of the Lanzhou New Area International Convention and Exhibition Center, the Yuzhong Cultural Industrial Park, the Shuping Danxia Landform Tourism Zone and so on.
