The China Lanzhou Cuisine Culture Festival kicked off at the Longshang Cultural Snack Complex in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, on July 5. More than 80 cuisine enterprises held signature dish exhibitions and provided free samples for locals.

Sponsored by the Department of Commerce of Gansu Province and Lanzhou Municipal Government, the festival aims to showcase cuisine culture, attract more visitors to savor the dishes and promote catering consumption.

The seven-day event also includes sideline activities like distinctive snack and tourism cultural souvenir exhibitions and mass delicacy selection.
