The 3rd Gansu Law Forum with "Gansu's safe construction" as its theme was held from Dec. 11 to 12 in Lanzhou. More than 100 experts in law and legal workers discussed basic issues and system problems of safe construction in Gansu.

The forum has received over 360 theses and 80 theses awarded the first, second and third prize respectively. These theses show the research results made by Gansu which deeply explore and study the prominent legal issues and legal phenomena in safe construction in Gansu Province, make high-level theoretical explanation and put forward many constructive comments. They also have practical value in practice, help improve political caliber andvocational ability and theoretically support the judicial reform and justice.
