The business incubator in Lanzhou New Area came into operation several days ago. It covers 281,000㎡, including 135,000㎡ of functional area.

With an incubating area, an exhibit area, a technical service area and a public service area inside, the incubator will offer innovative enterprises an accommodation, a platform for communicating and a place for business activities.

As the first comprehensive business incubator in the New Area, it targets innovative industries in electronic information, high-tech equipment making, new materials, environmental protection and animation technology etc, contributing to the growth of high-tech enterprises, the bringing of high-caliber personnel and the development of a complete incubating system.

The management committee of the New Area offers a series of preferential policies, including the subsidy of rent, the accommodation, the reward for constructing platforms, the fund for items and the financing discount etc.

The newly-built Lanzhou New Area Hi-tech Development Cooperation will be responsible for the management and technical services of the incubator. With 10 service platforms covering information service, incubating service, the transfer of existing scientific and technological achievements, the financial support, the platform for communicating and the technical training etc., the cooperation will offer enterprises a comprehensive and professional service.
