A Malaysian Muslim Industrial Park will be set up in Lanzhou New Area to promote cooperation between countries along the Belt and Road Initiative and explore Middle-Western Asia and Middle-Eastern Europea markets in the next five years.
Ma Bailing, deputy to National People’s Congress from Gansu Province, said that the project of the Malaysian Muslim Industrial Park can become a platform and flagship for Halal food industry when accepting an interview during the ongoing 4th session of the 12th National People’s Congress. The emphasis should not only be given on the food safety but also on employing modernized means to form a complete industrial chain, he added.
