A total of 12 main activities including the inaugural ceremony of Lanzhou-Belarus Freight Train will be held during the 22nd Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair, according to a recently released working plan. The fair will be held in the city of Lanzhou, Gansu Province, from July 8 to 11.

With the theme of "Jointly Advancing ‘Belt and Road’ Initiative and Promoting Win-win Development," this session of the fair aims to become an important platform for promoting China’s westward opening-up and economic and trade exchanges among countries along the "Belt and Road" Initiative.

The activities include key projects promotional conferences and contract signing ceremonies, the fourth Lanzhou International Drum Cultural Festival, state-level new areas dialogue, the first Gansu Province E-commerce Forum, the fifth Sunflower Cultural Tourism Festival, the Silk Road Economic Belt Cooperation and Development Forum and so on.
