The State-level Scientific and Technological Enterprise Incubator Lanzhou New Area Base was established in Lanzhou New Area, according to a plate unveiling ceremony held recently in Lanzhou.

With a total construction area of 100,000 square meters, the incubator base will set up a comprehensive all-element service platform combining innovation and entrepreneurship, online and offline modes, incubation and investment. The enterprises there can also enjoy a series of preferential policies released by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

A cultural innovative industrial park and a scientific and technological innovative industrial base will be established within two or three years there to foster 200 more enterprises.
