The Yuzhong County Cultural Industrial Park with a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan started construction in Lanzhou City, capital of Gansu Province, on Feb. 27. Occupying a total area of 16 hectares, the park, with another name of the Wencheng Square, is expected to have a total construction area of 180,000 square meters.

Being a new cultural landmark in the near future, the park featuring relics exhibition, scientific popularization, cultural inheritance, tourism, sightseeing, catering and entertainment will be set up at the Xinglong Mountain, a beautiful scenic spot in Lanzhou.

The park is planned to have a commercial area, a museum, a supermarket and a themed amusement park and present the histories, traditions and the landscape of Yuzhong for tourists.
