The city of Lanzhou promoted twelve key cultural tourism projects at the 13th China Shenzhen International Cultural Industries Fair in the city of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, on May 11.
"Being a pivotal city along the Silk Road Economic Belt, Lanzhou is the intersection of four trunk railways and seven highways," said Wang Hong, director of Lanzhou Publicity Department, during the promotional activity. "Lanzhou boasts a long history and has abundant intangible cultural heritages like the Taiping Drum and Yellow River Waterwheel," he said. He mainly introduced twelve key cultural tourism projects like Shuping Danxia landform development, Yellow River nightscape lighting, Longxiangyuan folk cultural village construction and so on in the city of Lanzhou.
Lanzhou also signed contracts of four cultural industry key projects during the promotional ceremony.
