There are some 220 registered enterprises at the Comprehensive Bonded Area of Lanzhou New Area until now, according to the bonded area on August 11.

The businesses are mainly conducted with countries from Europe, Southeast Asia, and West Asia focusing on watches, integrated circuits, camera lens, chip resistors, and touch panel products.

Since its operation at the end of 2015, the bonded area has completed import and export trade volume exceeding $900 million and the figure in the first quarter of this year totaled $150 million, up by 300% year on year.

The bonded area is located just two kilometers away from Lanzhou Zhongchuan International Airport, which has been connected with 16 countries and regions like Malaysia, Dubai, St. Petersburg and Frankfurt. There are two direct freight airlines from Lanzhou to Dubai and Dacca every day.
