The 16th Yellow River Cultural Week kicked off at the Jincheng Grand Theatre in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, on October 26.

Held by the Lanzhou Municipal Cultural and Tourism Bureau, the four-day event will present 40 art programs with distinctive Lanzhou characteristics like Lanzhou Drum Dance, Glamorous Lanzhou and Flying Apsaras, to display the cultures of Yellow River, Silk Road, ethnic groups, and agriculture in Lanzhou for the general public.
