The traffic jam index in Lanzhou has dropped from the fourth in the fourth quarter of 2017 to 33rd in the second quarter of this year on the national list after a specific treatment this year, according to a themed conference held in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, on October 31.

The management of traffic order in Lanzhou has been laid with great emphasis since the beginning of this year. A total of 16 traffic violation acts were severely punished so as to normalize the traffic order. Until now, the traffic jam has been greatly alleviated and an orderly traffic environment has taken shape in the city.
