The Lanzhou beef noodles have accelerated globalization pace over the past three years, with chain stores opened in the U.S., UK, France, ROK, Singapore, Egypt, UAE, Kyrgyzstan and some 20 other countries, according to a spokesman for the Lanzhou Municipal Bureau of Commercial Affairs on December 18.
It is reported that there are now over 30,000 Lanzhou Beef Noodles restaurants across China, with an annual turnover of over 600 billion yuan. More emphasis should be laid upon the brand value and culture of the Lanzhou Beef Noodles so as to form distinctive features of design and flavor in the future, said Ma Ming, general manager of Mayoubu Lanzhou Beef Noodles Restaurant.
