The Xinglong Mountain in Yuzhong County, Lanzhou City, will be developed into a high-end tourism complex featuring sightseeing, cultural experience, health care, entertainment and shopping, according to a spokesperson for the project on January 18.

With a planned area of 667 hectares, the project incorporating green mountain, clear water, Taoism, folk customs and historical elements will be invested with three billion yuan and has now completed an investment of 120 million yuan.

A Wencheng Square including a cultural innovative park, a Confucian Cultural Museum and a Confucian Temple is also under construction in Yuzhong County. With a planned investment of 1.1 billion yuan, the project will have three functional areas built in ancient Chinese architectural style.
