The Lanzhou Beef Noodles International Alliance was established in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, on January 25.
With an aim to upgrade quality, cooperate and realize sharing and win-win development, the alliance will try to integrate resources on capital, talent and market in countries along “Belt and Road” especially in the sector of fast food.
The establishment of the alliance will greatly promote the Lanzhou Beef Noodles and cuisine culture in Gansu to go global, said the spokesperson of Gansu Cuisine Association.
Until now, a total of 63 businesses have been incorporated by the alliance, including brands from provinces all across China and countries like Australia, France, Japan, U.S., Canada and so on.
