The Xinglongfang Special Town starts construction at the Xinglong Mountain International Resort Area in Yuzhong County, Lanzhou City, on March 28. To offer cuisine experience, cultural interaction, waterside leisure, and parent-child entertainment for visitors after its completion, the special town is expected to start operation in February of 2019.
