The Eighth Dunhuang Tour-Silk Road International Tourism Festival will kick off in Jiayuguan City, Gansu Province, on June 19.
A total of 368 delegates and representatives from 34 countries and regions along the route of the Belt and Road Initiative, three international tourism organizations, namely, the World Tourism Organization, the World Tourism Alliance, and the Pacific Asia Travel Association, and other countries and regions like Spain, Germany, U.S., Japan and Thailand are expected to attend the event.
Kyrgyzstan will be the guest country and 100 domestic and 261 overseas tourism businesses and investors will also take part in the event for trade and exchanges.
