The city of Lanzhou will support the entrepreneurship of college graduates by offering a fund of five million yuan this year. A total of 95 projects will get support and more than 480 job opportunities are expected to be created.

The selected project will get an initial fund of 30,000 yuan to 50,000 yuan for product R&D and business expansion, and enjoy preferential policies on loans, taxes, tutor guidance, and rent for office facilities.

The action plan of Lanzhou College Graduate Entrepreneurship was implemented in 2014 and a total of 255 projects have been supported since then with the investment totaling 13 million yuan. The annual turnover of those projects has reached 300 million yuan and 3,964 job opportunities have been created.
