The city of Lanzhou, capital of Gansu Province, received 3.18 million tourists during the seven-day National Day Holiday from October 1 to 7, up by 22.5 percent year on year, according to the Lanzhou Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau on October 8. The tourism revenue totaled 2.85 billion yuan, up by 30.3 percent year on year.
The Five Springs Park, the Botanic Garden and the White Pagoda Park in Lanzhou received 750,000 tourists during the holiday, 100,000 more than that of last year.
